Originated: In 1987 Kelly Brothers Games Pty. Ltd. was first registered in Queensland, Australia with their first laser tag business originally opening in April 1988 under the Vultrek name/gear before evolving to become Laserforce

Equipment Overview: Use of reverse infrared technology is a unique feature of the Laserforce system, which is the only current major manufacturer to utilize reverse IR. They have had eight generations of equipment with Gen 8 being the most current in the series. A Laserforce pack (known as a battlesuit) includes sensors on the front, back and shoulders along with shoulder speakers and phaser with two-handed detection. The newest pack design also includes a five-inch full color chest screen, illuminated vest lighting and selection of avatars. The most current phaser includes dual laser capability, rubber overmoulding and a touchscreen on the phaser.

History: Kelly Brothers Games Pty. Ltd. was first registered in Queensland, Australia in 1987 with brothers Len and Allan Kelly opening their first laser tag location in 1988. This site originally used the Vultrek name and equipment which inspired the development of Laserforce equipment. The Laserforce name was later registered in Queensland, Australia.
